Every day we are discriminating the people, without realize us.
In chile we say that Peruvians are poor, that they are invading us and they working for little money.
Without going any further, this is an example that our Chilean society falls into very discriminatory prejudices that we not lead to anything good . We are used to feel that the normal is good and that everything is outside our " poor culture" is something negative .
Almost every day with our friends , we are evaluating the personality of a acquaintance . We say she's stupid because she's blonde , or that he's a bad person because someone told us.
Sometimes we judge only because we see from a far away perspective, for example we discriminate to someone arriving by car to university or he lives "allá arriba", they have lots of money .
Even with our own family we have been prejudiced. we have a sister , cousin or niece who is a mother at a young age , and not knowing motives, reasons or at least something that allows us to create us an idea of what happened , we think that it is a loose , crazy or parents lost control over it .
